The 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Cardinal Cushing Center.

Club members in good standing are invited to nominate, run for and vote on the positions and bylaw updates listed below. The deadline to accept nominations is midnight, Tuesday, January 6. Candidates will be given the opportunity to post a written statement on this page, and will be added to the ballot. An absentee ballot will be made available to those who cannot make it to the AGM in person, however nominations are open throughout the process, including in person at the AGM.

Only members in good standing can vote for, nominate or hold an Executive Board position with the club. Members in good standing are:

1. Not currently subject to any disciplinary action by the club

2. Current on their dues

Fall dues are $150 for active players and $50 for social members. If you are on a subscription plan that started after July, you will owe a one time true-up payment to ensure you will be current as of the AGM. We accept payment methods of all kind, but Venmo (@SouthShoreRFC) is preferred.
